When you visit our website, we collect basic tech stuff to make the site work:

Pod Tracking Data (If You Use NFC Features)

Our pods have NFC tags for tracking. When you scan them:

• Temperature logs: Internal temperature readings over time
• Location history: Where the pod has traveled
• Trip data: Distance, duration, door openings
• Scan events: When and where you scanned the pod

This data helps ensure your shipment stayed cold and lets you generate compliance reports.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep information only as long as needed:

• Contact form submissions: 2 years or until you ask us to delete
• Customer accounts: While you're a customer, plus 7 years for tax/legal records
• Pod tracking data: 5 years for compliance purposes
• Website analytics: 26 months (standard for analytics tools)
• Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or 3 years of inactivity

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

Children's Privacy

Our service is for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

International Data Transfers

ArcticRx is based in the United States (Fishers, Indiana, specifically). If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including:
